Return & Refund Policy

At London Sunshine (“LS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy applies to eligible products purchased directly from London Sunshine through our website and delivered within the United States or Canada.

30-Day Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Before returning any item, please contact London Sunshine Customer Support to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) and return instructions.

For a change-of-mind return, the product must:

Be unused and in new, resalable condition;
Not have been installed, assembled, fueled, cooked on, or otherwise used;
Be returned in its original packaging; and
Include all original accessories, components, manuals, and documentation.

Products purchased from another retailer, marketplace, dealer, or reseller must be returned through the original seller.

Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 calendar days of delivery.

If your product appears to have a manufacturing or functional defect, please contact London Sunshine Customer Support as soon as the issue is discovered.

London Sunshine may request photos or videos showing the product, packaging, shipping label, damaged area, or missing components to help verify the issue.

Once the issue is confirmed, London Sunshine may provide, as appropriate:

Replacement parts;
A replacement product;
Repair or troubleshooting assistance; or
A refund.

For confirmed shipping damage, product defects, incorrect shipments, or other confirmed errors attributable to London Sunshine, London Sunshine will cover authorized return shipping costs when a return is required.

Please keep the product and original packaging until London Sunshine provides further instructions.

Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization from London Sunshine.

A Return Authorization is valid for 14 calendar days from the date it is issued. The return must be shipped within this period.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or may not be eligible for processing under this policy.

Please do not send products to London Sunshine's corporate or registered business address unless specifically instructed to do so.

Return Shipping

For returns resulting from a product defect, shipping damage, incorrect shipment, or another confirmed error attributable to London Sunshine, London Sunshine will cover the authorized return shipping cost.

For change-of-mind returns or other returns not resulting from a product defect or an error attributable to London Sunshine:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Any original shipping or delivery charge separately paid at checkout is non-refundable, except where required by law.
If London Sunshine provides a prepaid return label for a customer-responsible return, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund with the customer's authorization.

London Sunshine does not charge a separate restocking or return processing fee for eligible returns.

Please note that return shipping costs for large, heavy, or oversized products may be significant.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, London Sunshine may refuse a change-of-mind return if the product:

Has been used, installed, or fully assembled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product;
Has been fueled, fired, cooked on, or otherwise operated;
Is damaged due to misuse, improper installation, modification, or improper maintenance;
Is missing original components or accessories;
Is not returned in its original packaging;
Was customized or specially ordered; or
Was clearly identified as Final Sale before purchase.

Opening the packaging solely to inspect the product does not, by itself, constitute use.

Standalone replacement parts and accessories are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, London Sunshine will generally initiate the approved refund within 3–5 business days.

Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund after it has been issued by London Sunshine.

If a returned product is used, damaged, missing parts, or otherwise does not meet the return requirements above, London Sunshine may refuse the return or adjust the refund based on the condition of the returned product, where permitted by applicable law.

Product Issues After 30 Days

Product defects or failures reported more than 30 days after delivery are generally handled under the applicable London Sunshine 1-Year Limited Warranty.

Coverage, exclusions, and available remedies are subject to the terms of the applicable warranty.

Consumer Rights

This Return & Refund Policy provides London Sunshine's commercial return terms and does not limit any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable federal, state, provincial, or territorial consumer protection laws.

Where applicable law provides additional or mandatory consumer rights, those rights will apply.
